After running of this program, begin your work with creating of a new project. For it:

• select via the Main menu the New project item
  File -> New project
  (or click the  button on the ToolBar)
• you see the Project Options window,
  
  
  
  set the frame size and duration and the format for the future animated file.
  By the way, all settings you can modify later, using File -> Project options (or, with the help,  button)
• add pictures for frames Edit -> Add (the corresponding button  )
• at last to create the animated file select File -> Create and Save (or  button)
• Next you can save the project file, to use it afterwards File -> Save project (or  button).
• To load a project file (with extension MCP) select File -> Open (or, using  button)

BTW, you can modify every frame with the help more than 70 filters. For it, use a menu linking with one of the next buttons . After you select some filters you can configure it with using of an options window:

Starting with 3.4 version is available the following filters: 3d grid, antialias, detect edge, fish eye, fractal, gamma, Gauss blur, greyscale, HLS, inverse, moire, noise, marble, oil paint, pixelate, plasma, posterized image, puzzle, rain drops, ripple, RGB, shadow, shake, spatial, sphere, solorized image, swirl, Tailor, texturized, threshold, tile, trace, twist, video, warp, water, wind. There are the settings for most of these filters.
